Laissez-Faire
A laissez-faire leader does not directly supervise the employees and fail to provide regular updates to those under supervision.
Autocratic
This type of leadership allows managers to take up decisions without taking any inputs from other team members.
Participative
It is a democratic leadership which values the input of team members and peers but the final decision will be on the participative leader.
Transactional
It’s a style formed by the concept of reward or punishment. They believe in encouraging through incentives and if failed to achieve the target they would be punished by deductions.
Transformational
This word itself denotes that its completely a transformation where the ability of the organization to help in skill based developments by encouraging interpersonal skills among the employees.
Traditional Theory
This theory is based on different types of human beings. It assumes that leaders are born and not made. There are different types like Physical Trait, Ability Trait, Personal Trait, Work Trait & Social Trait.
