There might be lot many first you need to pull out a paper and pen to list out the major challenges you are facing inside your organization or in your client’s company. If you need to know about your client operational challenges then you need to spend time and brainstorm to get relative answers. So, list out the challenges you are facing in one column and write the solution statement beside. After deciding the solution allot timelines and convert the timelines into daily task and assign those to your team with priorities. This will help you in analysing gap and offer perfect solution to the client/ your company.
2. Marketing Challenge
It’s a biggest challenge faced by marketers to sell products or services in this competitive market. Client will not be satisfied with the package you for offer because he would have got the best offer or more value added with the lowest package. Sometimes targeting local market will be the challenge. You may be having the best product even the price is competitive but the seller isn’t good enough to present your product that will also be a problem. You need to take out your 3 months data to analyse your sales challenges/ marketing challenges. As discussed in the intro try to create a value to the customer perform in-depth competitive analysis to offer creative strategy and execute that to get good results. Brush up your presentations and start fresh which will give you New energy to overcome marketing challenges.
3. Customer challenges from Digital Agencies
Lot many times we will not even look into customer challenges because that’s the major segment you need to tap in order to enhance your customer retention. Constantly asking for a feedback of the customer will help you in improvising your process. Believe it customers are the best mentors in any Industry because they are users/consumers of your product/service. You may be service provider or product manufacturer but the user only can give perfect feedback on your products /services. Have a frequent review meetings to explore more ideas and help your customer to achieve his targets by solving the challenges arose by your team or process.
4. Digital Marketing Agencies challenges from Customer
It’s a reverse process clients would be assuming that only clients face challenges but not the agencies. This thought is actually false because the agencies also face some kind of challenges which is very difficult to handle because the agency can’t demand also but he has to overcome some or the other way. Sometimes we don’t get approvals or new innovative ideas in their industries which is a major drawback. As we understand the clients would be busy in their own world but as a Digital Marketing Agency Entrepreneur I would like to suggest clients to have a review meetings and make time to meet and ask for new improvements in the process which would help team to align towards your goals and work together.Nowadays Search Engine Optimization & Social Media Marketing is a challenging situation because Search Engines expects fresh contents but clients wouldn’t be either to provide nor to pay for the blogs which is the major problem. In Social Media Marketing, clients take long time to approve social media posts or we don’t get there support in creating collaboration in innovations. Every marketer needs to find his own way of creatively market clients Products /services which is the major challenging without obtaining support of clients.These are the thoughts which ignited this morning and its 11:00 pm now I am ending this blog with short conclusion. These are the challenges which I could think and interpret same in the blog post to help you in identifying problems and solutions for the same.
